The 60 Day Jump-Start and Big Schedule Changes

It happens every year. As the holiday season approaches so many of us convince ourselves that the best time to start getting in shape is on January 1. Why start now when you can put it off another couple of months, right?

How did that work out for you last year?

What if I told you that by working out just three-times each week, it will only take two weeks to feel a change in your body and mind? Stress levels go down, you feel more energetic, and your sleep improves.

But, I doubt that kind of talk motivates anyone. Actually, it puts me to sleep too.

Schedule Shake-Up and More Babysitting

We are shaking the schedule up too.

Now, we are offering Yoga classes that are earlier in the evening, as well as earlier evening Spin classes. A new Monday night Kutt Weights has been added, as well as Friday Spin at 9 a.m. 7 a.m. Core Fusion is also back on Monday mornings.

Babysitting is available every weekday morning at 9 a.m. – 10 a.m., and Monday through Thursday evenings from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Yes, yoga mommies, now there is babysitting during yoga!

Weight Watchers and JMF Together

Weight Watchers has a new session beginning November 2, at 5:30 p.m. It’s a ten week session for $100. As a bonus for any Weight Watchers member, online or any meeting, JMF is offering Weight Watchers workout classes Mondays and Thursdays from 1:30 p.m. – 2 p.m. It’s a beginner workout for anyone looking to start a fitness program or breakthrough a plateau. Each workout averages four fit points. No preregistration necessary, and only $5 per class, and the first class is FREE!
