Kickboxing takes a unique approach to fitness, focusing on effectiveness and results. Basic boxing and kickboxing moves are used in the class content, minus any fluff or dance moves. Participants will burn loads of calories while totally reshaping their arms, legs, gluts and abdominals. Kickboxing is also a great workout to encourage muscle confusion if you’re taking other classes.
Come prepared to sweat, and to have a blast!
