Welcome to the next level of Fitness.

Kutt Fitness is like nothing else offered in the area.

But what is it?

Kutt is a combination of cardio, core and weights, working together to give you the most efficient fat-burning, muscle-building workout possible.

The class alternates between High Intensity Interval Training–or H.I.T, and with weight-bearing exercises which include core-muscle building poses, all on a timed clock.

The cardio portion of the class is designed to specifically push the body beyond the point of fatigue. Often the class utilizes intense military style training, as well as plyometrics.  The goal during cardio is to increase your heart rate and fatigue your body.

Once cardio is completed, the weight bearing portion of the class begins. Typically this phase of the class includes multi-muscle exercises, working as hard as possible. Handheld weights, stability balls or simply body weight are utilized.

The last five minutes of class is known as the suicide round, and it is dedicated strictly to abdominals.

Sunday: 4 p.m Kutt Cardiometrics
Tuesday: 5:30 p.m. Kutt Circuit
Wednesday: 5:30 p.m. Kutt Weight Training
Thursday: 5:30 p.m. Kutt Circuit
Saturday: 8 a.m. Kutt Weight Training
