When I moved to Milford a year and a half ago, I was worried I wouldn’t find a place to workout. That’s when I found Jen at Jen Murphy Fitness, and what a find it was.
It was such a friendly welcoming place that I immediately felt at home. Every class is excellent and one more challenging than the other, besides meeting lots of great people with the same interests. I especially LOVE her Piloxing class!!!!!!! It is just the greatest workout and so much fun. Jen’s incredible energy and motivation can’t be beat. SHE IS THE BEST!!!!!
