Big Schedule Changes Coming to Jen Murphy Fitness

Are you ready for something radical? Well, here it comes: we are rolling back our weekday morning class start times so you can get in, workout, and get out sooner—giving you more time left to enjoy the longer days of summer.

Beginning July 5th.

-All 9:15 a.m. weekday classes will begin at 8:30 a.m.
-All 10:15 a.m. weekday yoga classes will begin at 9:45 a.m.
-All Silver Sneakers classes will begin at 10 a.m.

Class Changes

Also, Tuesday morning Zumba will be moving to 8:30 a.m. (Beginner Circuit will return in September). Weekend classes and evening classes will remain the same.

Membership Simplification

In addition, JMF is simplifying its membership. $60 a month gets you UNLIMITED EVERYTHING! Yes, beginning July 1st the basic membership now includes spin classes! The $50 spin only membership will be discontinued June 30th.

Jazzercise

Last but certainly not least, The Studio will now be offering Jazzercise classes! Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights at 7 p.m., Jeanne will have you smiling and sweating to fun beats and current hits. Classes are $10 walk in, $40 a month Jazzercise only, or $60 month unlimited everything.
