Are you looking for a state-of-the-art spinning facility offering cutting-edge, computerized spin bikes that link to your Fitbit and have both SPD clips or cages available? At Jen Murphy Fitness we’ve built a new, fully enclosed spinning room, brought in twelve new bikes, a Sonos sound system, and three certified instructors who are going to whip you into shape for the new year.
Both a full-body 45 minute class, as well as a 30 minute “Quick-Ride” class are on the schedule. In both classes, emphasis is placed on proper warm-up, builds, hill climbs, pursuits, and out-of-saddle sprints. Each phase is designed to move you through various stages of your heart rate zones from easy-aerobic, through endurance, stamina, and anaerobic, yet the rider is always in control of the degree of resistance and output.
