Too young for Silver Sneakers but not quite up to rocking a Circuit Training class? This class is designed for the exercise novice.  Light cardio, weight training, core strengthening and stretching combine for a total body workout that is perfect for the beginner, post physical therapy, or non exerciser.  All basic muscle groups will be addressed in a slower paced, easy to follow workout lead by Jen Murphy.

Tuesdays  and Thursdays 3 p.m – 3:45 p.m
Main Studio
